Do you understand?

Forbidden for vehicules higher than 3.5 meters, except city busses...
If you have never visited Europe, here’s a description of this traffic sign from top to bottom:
- No parking.
- No vehicules higher than 3.5 meters are allowed, in 400 meters, except city busses.

In fact, four hundred meters ahead, there’s a bridge where the railroad crosses over the street.
I just wonder how a city bus, higher than 3.5 meters, can go in the tunnel whereas another vehicule as tall can’t.

Will the rail bridge get higher when a city bus arrives?

Please help :D
