25 km on unpaved tracks; where tracks were all maintained except on some parts of the Nahe-Hunsrück-Mosel Radweg where it was quite bumpy.
It was hot and soggy at the beginning, but with the altitude gain and the forest it got cooler. Had (late) lunch in ALDI Hermeskeil and dinner in Trier before catching the train back.
Bike tour around Trier on cycling routes. Tough wind during the 50 first km! No wonder why everybody was riding the other direction ;-). Several segments unpaved. Beautiful scenery.
Enjoyed the weather, no effort until I figured out that with a little boost I could be in the enchanted forest during golden hour. Long moments of discussion with fellow cyclists visiting the country. Passed by inline skaters on the slope down to Echternach while I was already at 45 km/h.
Followed Sentier du Sud from Hellange to Esch/Alzette, but lost it a couple of times. So bumpy that my butt hurts!! 3 minutes of rain. All of this with my mobile office in the backpack, but no call received 😉
Wednesday May 15: I did some home office so I only a went for a lunch ride.
Thursday May 16: Let’s get started with the MVOS2019 (bike to work) cycling campaign with a (de)tour via the East and South, doing a 105.8 km ride!

Saturday, May 18: stayed near town
Sunday, May 19: a bike ride to Rosport to attend the Mini Maker Faire and went back to town via Diekirch (almost 140 km, cumulating 7000 km on the saddle in 2019).
